Youth 48 is a ministry of Arizona Believers Church ("we," "us," "our"), 3736 W Wahalla Ln, Phoenix, AZ 85308. This policy explains what information we collect through youth48.com and our text-message and email programs, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you sign up for notifications, you may provide your name, mobile phone number, email address and the church you attend. When you text our number, we receive your phone number and the content of your message.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To send you the service announcements you asked for — dates, speakers, locations and reminders — by text message or email.
- To respond when you text or email us.
- To keep our contact list accurate and honor opt-out requests.
Text messaging (SMS) privacy
Your mobile number and your consent to receive texts are collected only for our Youth 48 service-announcement program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support categories, such as the platform that delivers our messages, is permitted only so they can send messages on our behalf. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share information with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and send messages (for example, our website host, our text-messaging platform and our email platform), and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Young people and families
Youth 48 is for ages 12 and up, and families are welcome. We collect only the contact information needed to send announcements. If you are a parent or guardian and would like information about your child removed, contact us using the details below and we will remove it promptly. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without a parent or guardian's involvement.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us.
- You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed to run the notification program or as the law requires. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record of your opt-out so we don't contact you again.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
